Just ordered the newly listed Trailer Brake Controller Kit
Mopar #82219095AC, You'll also need to replace the drivers side lower cover Mopar #6UD91TX7-AA is number is for Tupelo black panel.
The dealership has to program your vehicle to show its been added.
I'm waiting on the panel, I'll report back after everything is installed.

You’re also going to need the right side piece of the brake controller switch, it doesn’t come with the kit.
I started to go this route and the cost started to go north of $600.
I just went with a Pridogy brake controller.

Thanks for the information. Yes it is pricey. But I like the clean factory look.
I figured as much as the vehicle cost was a little more money to get that you want isn’t that much of a difference. But I appreciate you input on the other part. I’ll try to find the part number.

I’m installing everything myself. My dealership is only charging me an hour labor To program.
The added, plus of it being all Mopar and it’s been added to my vehicle. Everything will be covered under the warranty and my extended warranty.
I will not have anywhere near $1200.00 in it. Isn’t that the wonderful thing about America we can all do things different ways. Glad yours works for you.

The east coast labor rates are not as high. But I figure if there's and issue it'll be on them to fix.
I've had a great relationship with the dealer for over 20 years.
Sorry you're not closer I would like to see the programming process.

As soon as I have the time I’ll double check the part numbers for you.
Thanks for the follow up My friend!

6UD91TX7-AA is number is for Tupelo black panel. Guess I didn’t look closely at his posted number. My number is for the black tupelo color. I can take a picture of the box or the panel because I have it now and show you the actual one and it is correct, again the Black Tupelo

I installed everything in the kit but 1 wire was not in the instructions, So the dealership called mopar to find its location.
They programmed it to the factory spec's.
No one would know it was added after the fact.
Very Happy!!!

The wire was not missing.
It was a red wire with no connecter on it. And the instructions didn’t list its location.
The tech had to contact Mopar to find where it went.
He told me it had to go to a connector in the right rear of the vehicle.
I have no idea what connector or the pin number.
