It looks like Steallantis let a little detail slip that confirms the company will start building a range of inline-six cylinder engines, dubbed 3.0-litre GME T6 HO. I'm getting this from Allcarnews on Instagram (original post below), and the speculation is that this will keep the Challenger viable, but will also see duty in any large-ish longitudinal application, so it could be headed to the Wagoneer, Grand Cherokee, and even Wrangler (having a straight-six Wrangler again would be so cool).

ACN is speculating on power ratings between 300hp all the way up to 525hp, so it should be stout enough for the Wagoneer, but what do you all think, would this be an attractive option?

There are indeed two different I-6 TT engines. Standard output goes into Wagoneer S2 and S3 while WS1 gets 5.7L as standard. The High output TT I-6 goes into the GWS2&3 while the GWS1 gets the 6.4L standard.
Yes, I know this. My question was specifically for @TBarrow as he seemed pretty sure that the HO version would not be available at all.
Just wondering where they got their info...
