I am beyond annoyed, went to order my dream jeep to find out last week wagoneer discontinued the convenience package for the series 2 in the wagoneer L. Now to get the same options I have to go to a series 3 and spend $6-9,000 which also gives me power running boards that I do not want. What a screw job! Looks like back to a GMC Yukon Xl for me.

Same here I wanted a Series II with off road package, tow package, premium and convenience package. I went to order yesterday and the dealer can't order it this way. Why would they only offer the off road in the Series II. It still shows on the Wagoneer website that you can build it this way. Beyond frustrating!

Just tried to order 2023 Wagoneer Carbide and was told convenience package is not an option. Does anyone know if this is true? Sounds like same issue others are discussing above. Not sure if the dealer is just saying this so I'll buy a Wagoneer off the lot. Thanks

I was told not available on series 2 which would include carbide as well. Only available series 1 and series 3.
Seems odd to not offer it on the Series 2. If that's the case, then Jeep should remove it from the website as an option when configuring Series 2 and Carbide. Makes for a bad trip to the dealer. The dealer was also not aware until they tried to order it. Ended up wasting both of our time.

Heck you cant get a L model now anyway, my series III GWL has been ordered since July 27th, still no word. My salesman did just tell me they are having to fix alot of electronic gremlins before they release which i guess is good as i had to have my 2022 GWIII in the shop over a dozen times to fix/reflash systems. I would say the hurricane is maybe not talking the same language as the 6.4 did/does?

Good grief…this is so disconcerting. I just purchased my ‘22 Ws3 and am just waiting for the shoe to drop with issues which I’ve encountered with Uconnect already. And don’t get me started on - at this model level - auto mirrors, 8k min tow capacity/1800+payload, and a brake controller aren’t standard.
I too looked at the Yukon, but having owned five Jeeps in my relatively short life, I’m somewhat predisposed to the brand. That may be changing…good luck to us all.

Something changed, call your dealer. The convenience package is back to being available.

Hi - new member here. This may be moot by now, but my dealer said the Conveniemce package was only unavailable for inventory orders. Apparently it is available for sold orders.

Iowa Ram, are you saying the power running boards are now part of the Convenience package? I'm not seeing that in the online build for the Carbide at least....?

So, convenience package is BACK! I ordered a WS2 L yesterday with convenience, premium, max trailering, and rear entertainment. Super pumped!!

Side note on the power running boards, I drive a vehicle with them now, they suck in a climate that is snow 6 months a year so I didn't want them again for that reason.

I hope yours doesn’t sit built for 40+ days with your dealer and Cliente services not giving you any update as to why. Wagoneer claims to be a premium brand, at this point it is all claims and not fact.
