Coolant temp seems high. We’ll have to check specifications on the thermostat to see what the engine expects.
From my 30+years experience maintaining my own alternator equipped cars: Battery volts bouncing around 13.1 when idle, 14+ when decelerating seems odd. Key-on-engine-not-running should show 12.5-13V. Engine running should settle in to 13.8-14 after a minute or so AND STAY THERE.
However, my 2022 Wagoneer (5.7L V8) has a single alternator/motor for charging both the 12V starter motor and the 48V mild hybrid battery. It also spins the engine during auto-restart and provides instant torque to get 6,000lbs moving away from a full stop while the engine is sorting itself out. What the engineers decided the computer running THAT mess should behave… Is beyond my current (pun intended) knowledge.
As long as the engine sounds the same during cold start each you push the button on the dash. I wouldn’t worry.
But some googling of what is a reasonable reading for Wagoneer starter batteries may be in order👍
