Ventilated Seats
Has anyone had issues with the ventilated seats? I’m having the same issues as everyone else with the heated seats. Fixed and failed atleast a half dozen times now. But with the warm weather I was looking forward to the ventilated seats. Tried these the other day when it was hot. You can hear the fan blowing like crazy, but very little seems to get to the seat. Definitely not cooling like my last 2021 Durango. You could definitely feel it in that. My seat definitely doesn’t cool off. Maybe a little. Brought it to the dealer and they said the fix is another software update with the heat seats coming this quarter. I think it’s BS and they have no idea and that’s the generic answer they give to avoid you. I don’t understand why heated and ventilated seats are so hard to make work on a 70k+ vehicle. My durango was amazing. Everything worked. You’d think they’d use the same systems. That being said my transmission issue seems resolved for now, but I’m half waiting to start hearing that binding noise when I take a turn again.

Oh wow, really? Where did you see this, I want to check it out, I’m curious. Even if that’s the case, they don’t seem to work very well. My vented seats do not work. Service manager said something about them not “blowing”. Not sure what the different fan speeds are for. Either way I am getting nothing.
I haven’t been personally happy with how it work’s either

Exactly the same here. Did not have a chance to try heated seats yet. But the ventilated seats sucks, not half the performance of my ram 1500 which you can feel the cool air. In wagoneer I barely feels anything with ventilated seats on, only the noise. Hope they can make some improvement.
I’m pretty sure they work like my 19 Ram where they pull air not push. Maybe I’m wrong.
Performance is on par with my Ram. It keeps my back from sweating in the Phoenix heat but not much else.
