Uncomfortable front seats

3317 Views 3 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  TBarrow
I noticed that the bottom part of my front seat in the Wagoneer (like, where my butt is), is not flat, but rather has a flat middle section and then raises up on both sides (like a V).

Is there anyway to adjust this? How am I supposed to sit? It's clearly intentional, but it seems more uncomfortable than just a flat seat.

Hello, EasyRider. Our team took the liberty of pulling up the Owner's Manual for your vehicle, and found this information on page 36 that may be helpful:

"POWER ADJUSTMENT (FRONT SEATS) — IF EQUIPPED

Wagoneer models will be equipped with 8-way power driver and front passenger seats. The power seat switches are located on the outboard side of the seat. There are two switches that control the movement of the seat cushion and the seatback."

Our team suggests taking a look at these switches and moving the seat bolsters to your liking. If you have any further questions, we suggest reviewing the page mentioned or speaking further with your dealership.

I've been wondering the same thing...

The thigh bolster is only adjustable on the GW and states it in the Owners Manual.
