Anyone else experiencing a hard downshift when slowing down. The downshift on our 2022 GW III is so hard sometimes, it jerks us forward in our seat. That shouldn’t be happening.

When going uphill,the truck has a hard time shifting gears where the RPM is at almost a 4 before shifting gears.

Are these problems normal? If not, can I get them fixed (preferably under warranty- 11.5k miles)?

There’s a whole thread on this: Strong downshifts. You should check it out. And you may want to consider deleting your post and moving it to the thread where others with the same issue will see it and be able to respond.

Yep, same here. (Also had it in my latest GC/L 4x4.).

I looked to see how bad this issue was among GW owners but, so far only 2 people.
