Anyone know how to fix this??

Took our new GW Series I for a road trip the day we took delivery and sunglass holder will not go back up....

There is no sunglass holder I assume they are talking about the flip down unit near sunroof controls to be able to see in the rear???

Took our new GW Series I for a road trip the day we took delivery and sunglass holder will not go back up....

I would like to know this as well. Mine just did the same thing. It’s going into the shop for another problem sometime this week so I’ll have them fix it but will respond if they show me how they did it. It looks like there’s a spring on the passenger side of the holder that needs to be put back into place but I’m not sure where…

Same issue here (among a list of other items). Going to be out of town for a while so won’t get it back to the dealer until August.
