I just hit 13000 miles this week just before heading from central Texas to Lake Tahoe. I’ve made several long trips in mine and know what to expect from it, or at least I thought! From the time I pulled out of my drive it seemed like I was going further on fuel. So when I filled up the 3rd time I put the calculator to it and came up with 23.4! I simply thought I figured it wrong & thought ok maybe on this flat ground but when I get to the mountains that’s all over. But now that I’ve made the whole trip the average for the life of the vehicle is over 20 mpg and both trip odometers are over 20.

Must be nice! I'm sitting at 13.9!
I 100% understand. Up until this week it was 13-14 in mixed driving and solid highway driving even on my trip 10 days ago was only 15-16. What a pleasant surprise this was, especially being over here on the west coast in wonderland where cheap gas is $6 per gallon!
