Has anyone had any issues with the rear A/C not blowing cold air?

It hasnt been very warm here in MI until this week, and today i tested the rear a/c and it doesnt blow cold air. Even the front doesnt feel that cold.

Yes! New Wagoneer owner here. The rear A/C won’t get that cold. I’m wondering if it needs more refrigerant.
Did this issue ever get fixed, I just walked away from a series 3 because the entire ac was blowing warm air and it was 95 in Texas still not summer

A/C has never really been a strong point for dodge and no matter what they call it our wagoneers are pretty much a dodge truck.
I have the same experience. Front and rear air start weak when outside temp is cool. Stronger start when outside temp is warmer. My Wrangler behaves similarly. My conclusion is that, on both, the outside digital temp reading influences the systems sensing and how hard it starts. Frustrating when you come into a hot cab on a cool day. I agree with Texas Jester. Seems to be in the Chrysler truck DNA.
Same thing. Front AC blowing 56F, rear AC blowing 68F. Took to dealership and they said refrigerant levels were fine. The front AC control screen (same as Massage/etc) was showing dim and they ordered a part to fix, claiming that it may assist with getting colder air to the rear, I don't think it will help though....will see.
My dealer says that the new Y1234 refridgerant does not cool as well as the R134, and that is the best they can do. What a pile of crap.

Jeep has NO fix for this! $112K + and the AC is worthless!!
Please find a fix! I have a case # 83913309 They are also NO help.
This is a LEMON.
2022 Slll 2K miles

Just have them change to R134. Easy fix!
Why did they change to a inferior refrigerant anyway?? To cheap out on a $112K + vehicle?
The whole auto industry switched to Y123 years back due to environmental regulations. Y123 cost around 10X more than R134

OK, so why can't FCA fix the problem? Been over a month now, I get nothing from them. When, how much longer, and what is the fix?
Again, not at all impressed with them!
Good day….I have had a Series 3 since May and it has been in multiple times. Unfortunately there is no fix. It’s not the refrigerant, it is the design of the system. It is not big enough / strong enough to cool the interior of the vehicle. After spending a ridiculous amount of time talking to multiple people (mechanics, engineers, Wagoneer Client Service (completely worthless and horrible) and learning how the system was built there is no fix until they redesign the whole system. It is the worst AC system in any SUV. They know it but will only quietly talk with you off the record as they can’t officially admit they “blew” it wit the design. Do your research but you will unfortunately end up with the very sad realization that it can’t be fixed.

I believe we all need to get together and file a class action as this is unacceptable. Also this is just the AC issue. These cars have so many other problems as well that I am sure you all are aware of.

I am not a hater of Jeep as do own another product from them. But I am a hater of the Grand Wagoneer as it was obviously not ready to come to market. It has a lot going for it and when they get the bugs ironed out maybe it will be a good car in 3 years. But all these are garbage. Look around and you will see people have all types of electrical problems, software problems, screens going black and even engines seizing on them.

Please tell anyone interested in buying these to not, they are not ready, especially if you live in a hot climate!! Our local GMC dealer already has multiple units they took on trade (low miles) and the original owners lost thousands as the dealers know about all the problems and the AC issues.

The only way they are going to stand behind their product is if they are forced, which is very sad as they could have had a great product.

Not the dealers fault, just no help from Wagoneer!!!
They have done test after test & in contact with Wagoneer. Even replaced complete rear AC unit. Evacuated & measured freon & recharged. Just running me in circles.
Date today is 10.28.2022 been without my Series 3 now for 4 weeks and 3 days!!!
At this point, I do not want this vehicle! Was given a Durango to use. Could have bought 3 of these for what was paid for the (not so) GW

I have the same issue but with HEAT. It is cold weather out and the backseat blows cold for like 30 minutes and barely gets lukewarm after the car has been running a while. I was told I had to run the feet heater upfront to ge the warm air to work back there. No fix. Sorry. That's just crazy. My poor kids are freezin' back there in the mornings. I had to put blankets in the car.

Oh, my gosh! U have to set the back from the front and then disable or enable the back controls

The rear control is easy to touch in error so I leave it off and control everything from the lower front.

Dealer should have explained all this at delivery - sorry they didn’t
