Problems with UConnect/Memory settings

Got a new GW series 1 about 2 weeks ago and it drives great. But not enjoying the car at all. The UConnect system is just horrible. There are several issues, but the one that drives me up the wall is that it keeps resetting the user profiles. I made 2 profiles with all personalized settings and linked both key fobs to each individual setting. As long as we use the same fob, and not switch profiles all is ok, then when I use the other key fob to unlock or remote start the car, it just clears our most setting from the previous profile. Then also, it can take upwards of 5 min for the profiles to switch. I tried having just 1 profile and only link the fobs to the memory 1 and 2 buttons in the door, bit when unlocking with different fob than the one used to lock, it just starts a new 2nd profile. I can not be expected to redo profiles every morning! All I want is to lock the car with 1 key fob, unlock it with the other and have the mirrors, seat, steering wheel move to the positions associated with that key fob. I don't want/need the radio profiles! Also, why are the lumbar settings keep resetting to rock hard and cramped?

Several other issues with the UConnect system can make interacting with it distracting and make the car cumbersome to drive. At this point it is by far my worst new car experience, I wish I could return it and get my money back..
