We didn’t have any issues with client services when we called with a battery issue. They got the car to a dealer, fixed, and returned.

We also received a survey request for feedback after.

I am still on hold with services. When I called they said over 20 minute wait to get to me, they could have said over and hour. They finally answered and put me on hold again... Finally answered at and hour and 5 minutes they are putting me on hold again to get me to a different dept because I can't enter my credit card information on website.... And did you ever notice they don't have online chat available? Hmmm
