Crazy that almost noone have written anything about their trucks. They are now hitting dealers. The other forums people are writing about them. Did anybody get their special orders yet? Any new owners who have the vehicle that can give their thoughts of ownership so far?
Been waiting since April for our GWS3. Per the weekly emails I receive, ours has been in "inspection" for the past month with no specific ETA.

Might be due to all the problems. Lots of battery and electrical issues. Mine is going to the dealer for the second time in less than a month. First was air suspension & stop/start not working, now it's going in for dead battery/ engine codes /SOS disabled / seat heaters will not remain engaged. Additionally, most dealers are not prepared for these problems and are not providing the Grand Cherokee L loaners. Even if they are certified for Wagoneer service, they are either not equipped or simply not honoring the promise.

Can you explain what that means (the build being cloned)?
What John said above. They removed my name off of my original order as it was sitting in the storage yard, and placed it on a cloned order. They built my clone in 5 days.

Currently, my cloned build is sitting on a railcar in a local rail yard, waiting to be unloaded since Sat afternoon.

I also found out a couple days ago my original vehicle that was built for me has now shipped to my dealer.

So no, I have no clue as to why they decided to clone hundreds of orders. Nothing is really surprising me anymore.

That's brutal @wagoneerBrick sorry to hear. Is your dealer one of the ones certified for Wagoneer service?

Got mine yesterday - fantastic vehicle. I loved my old Tahoe and this is more comfortable, more luxurious and More “fun”. My son is over the moon with the space, comfort, and screens for the second row passengers. It even gets the dog approval. My only nit to pick is I’ve spent the better part of two days trying to get AT&T to activate the Wi-Fi. AT&T is terrible and could find a way to fail at even the most basic task. I wish we had a choice of Wi-Fi/internet providers.

Bottom line is its an amazing vehicle. If I ever get internet working it will be even better.

How do you activate the Wifi? How does AT&T fit into the picture and how do you contact etc?
I’m still trying to get it working - you have to go to AT&Ts website called myvehicle.att.com And setup using your vin. The site throws constant errors and the offshore “support” team is all but useless. I was told to call back in 24 hours because it might takes some time to magically start working. At this point I can’t even navigate their website without getting a bunch of errors. One AT&T rep told me that they were “upgrading their site” this weekend and thats why its not working. I’ve never had more trouble giving a company money than AT&T.

I‘m sure it’ll eventually work but anytime AT&T is associated with something expect it to be a nightmare. I’d love to have the option to use t-mobile for my provider. If it doesn‘t get better I’ll go get a t-mobile OBDII port Wi-Fi hotspot for the vehicle but I hate giving up the integrated dash Wi-Fi controls.

Credit where credit is due - AT&Ts weekday support team was able to set up my Wi-Fi. I suspect the problem was the number of ancient inactive AT&T accounts I have. It was all done over the phone manually but it magically works so and my CC was billed so I’m calling it good as long as it works.

I plan to surprise my son by having Star Trek playing in the back seat when I pick him up from school.

I got the 12 month $200 unlimited plan so hopefully I can just ignore AT&T at keep enjoying the service.

Congrats. Did you look at the Escalade or any other premium SUVs before going with the Wagoneer?

I had recently gotten an Aviator thinking it was going to be perfect. It was a mess. Sync 3 is so slow and the sensors in the car were failing occasionally after 9 months of ownership. Given that I wouldn‘t have considered a Navigator. The Escalades were a consideration but simply not available locally at least without crazy markups. GLE didn’t impress me. It felt cramped and the GLS also was hard to come by in a configuration I would be interested in. The Wagoneer ticked so many boxes and has the best massage seats I’ve ever used. I am pretty upbeat on it - it feels really luxury. I am nervous about some early uConnect concerns but nothing show stopping so far.

What would you say stands out to you the most about your Grand Wagoneer? Is it the massage seats? Still no issues with the UConnect?

Finish and styling had a lot to do with it. The middle row captains chairs and entertainment system were a big draw. Best seats I’ve sat in recently And the massage seats are top notch ( I have some lower back problems so it matters a lot to me) Ultimately I wanted a great ride for long distance trips with the family and the dog and this just fit.

I had an issue with the passenger display not appearing but that was self-resolved by doing a factory reset on the head unit and after that - no issues.

The fuel economy is the low point as it feels like I have to gas up more than every 7 days but I can live with that. I kind wish it had a slightly larger tank despite it being 26 gallons.

No regrets - great ride.

I bought my wife a Series III Wagoneer a month ago.

We’ve been watching the releases in the media leading up to the production for a couple years. She had a Grand Cherokee with Summit trim as her last Jeep prior to moving to the minivan life 4 years ago when we had our 3rd kiddo.

The Wagoneer has been great so far. It fits our family of 5 as well as our Grand Caravan did and is much more comfortable for the adults. We were initially looking at the Grand Cherokee L and test drove one of them and a Wagoneer at the same time. Wagoneer is by far more comfortable for me and spacious on the interior. It feels close to my 3/4 Ram for shoulder room and equal to it in comfort.

There are some software bugs I hope they work out in the Uconnect system, some minor CarPlay issues at times and some random resets with the Nav system. Additionally, we’ve had random weird issues with the profile settings. We set up one key for me, one for my wife. If I get into the Jeep after my wife has driven it, it’ll half change to my settings but not nail the seat setting. Sometimes the reverse. This one is probably me, but I kinda doubt it.

Other than that it’s been great. Just drove from Phoenix to Omaha a couple days ago to see family and it drove great for the 20 hour drive. I’m not sure yet if I’m a fan of the active lane management yet…it sometimes gives opposite feedback from what I tried to do with the steering wheel, seems to work ok with straight highways, has minor differences of opinion with me on curved mountain highways.

Fuel mileage is a little below my 3/4 ton Ram with a Cummins, but not bad for a loaded down SUV. (17.6 avg over the 1400 miles)

Overall, very happy with the purchase so far.

I laugh at all the comments on the Wagoneer. I expect to see many more on the road soon—we get comments daily on it around Phoenix.
