As title states the memory seats stopped working. Anyone else have this problem? Or did my memory just get deleted?

Well it seems the car apparently deleted my 2 memory seatings. Had to reprogram them.

We picked up our wagoneer on 4/3 and the memory does not last longer than a few days. Did you find this to be recurring, or just the one time issue?

Its happen a few times to us. We even tried deleting one user profile or having 2 memory settings with one user profile but it keeps making a second profile.
This is happening to our 2023 Series I, that was purchased about a month ago. Once the 2nd driver uses the car with their key fob the other driver’s memory seat, steering wheel, and pedal settings no longer function correctly. The seat back goes vertical and the seat and pedals are not in the correct position.
Also, the key fob only recognizes the other driver’s settings when the door is unlocked by pressing the unlock button on the fob. Unlocking the car by grabbing the door handle does not trigger the seat to move to the seat settings linked to the fob, although it does recognize my profile.
Has anyone been able to successfully fix this issue?
