I set all my settings and then hold the driver 2 button, but then the next time I get in the vehicle after my wife has driven with her settings, I press the drive 2 button and all settings return except for the lower lumbar, it inflates to the maximum and I have to change it every time. What is making this happen?

Not sure if it will help this exact issue. I was at the dealer last week and they've stated that there is an update was issued for Wagoneer's, Memory Seat Module (MSM).
