Ok gang, if you have spent more than a few minutes in the forum you have heard all the venting, THIS STORY AINT NOTHING LIKE THAT! If your looking for more negativity you can stop reading.
So, our GW has just under 6000 miles and it popped up on the screen this morning 5% oil life left so I called my dealer. They said bring it on over. So when my wife dropped it off she asked if they could wash it. The response was “it’s mandatory to wash all grand wagoneers that come in” they said they would check everything and rotate the tires too. She was more than happy with that but when they called to tell her it was ready he told her they also top off the gas too! So when she dropped it off we had 75 miles til empty now it’s got 455 miles til empty.
I completely sympathize with the folks having problems with their vehicles and service departments but we couldn’t be any happier with ours and the service dept at sterling cjd in Navasota, Texas which is not where we bought ours at.

They will also come and pick it up (and drop it off when service is complete) along with leaving you a (comparable) loaner. All off that is part of the price tag we paid when we bought it. :)

Comes with a set number of oil changes / tire rotates. Number depends (iirc) on the type of Wagoneer purchased.

That's a great story! You should post the name of the dealer so others will also know to go there.

Hello, have a Grand Wagoneer Series III and have a little over 10K miles on it.

At a little over 2K miles started to vibrate. All stock wheels and tires.

First tried rotate and balancing tires, no change. Then went to dealership for front end alignment, no change. Then dealership said it needed a new wheel and tire, so $1700.00 later, and still have the same vibration as before, no change.

Been at the dealership now for 45 days and no answers.

Wagoneer tells me they are going to Goodyear to get them to pay for a new set of tires but the dealership took the wheels and tires from another Grand Wagoneer and installed them on ours with no change to the vibration.

Dealership will not even return my calls now for a status update.

Anyone here experiencing this with the stock set up?

Are there any known fixes for this?

Insane to spend $120K on a vehicle that no one can fix with only 10K miles!!!

Not a pleasant experience at all!

Do you get same vibration in 4 wheel low, raised suspension, lowered suspension? Test some of these out and detail what speed the vibration starts.
Try a dif dealer with new set of mechanics and see if you get dif answers.
I have about 5k miles and still smooth sailing.

What made it 120k? I thought 113ish was about as high as they got.

Vibration is between 60 and 80 miles an hour. Can’t really change many settings at that speed.
