Ive had a few issues with my Wagoneer, from seat heaters shutting off to speakers being blown, but twice the computer has crashed on startup and rendered the car completely useless until the dealer could reset the system. They reset everything and it was fine for a couple weeks, then crashed again. Has anyone else seen this? Ive had four service visits in the first five weeks of ownership. Hoping this is just a lemon and not a larger vehicle issue.

So I’ve only had my grand wagoneer since Saturday. And already had some computer issues. Today intuber it on and computer was flashing. Yesterday the backup cameras wouldn’t work. And the screen camera isn’t working right. Headed to dealership tomorrow. I’m pissed.

Welcome to the forum @Rnichlsn and @Crazycatlady . Sorry to hear about the issues you guys are dealing with. I don't understand how the computer could be crashing like this. Does the infotainment screen and instrument cluster go to black when it happens?

Update on this one, for me at least. There have been several recalls that are out or are coming around this one. There was one made very recently around a battery drain issue that may or may not have been contributing to this. The recommended "fixes" I have been provided do not sound promising, but they are in place. Getting this back for a third time and will see if it goes more than 2 weeks without crashing again. What I will say is that Wagoneer Support people have been good at communicating and pushing for parts to get there fast. I was quoted 30 days and they skipped the line and sent it immediately. However, they are incredibly reluctant to admit anything is actually wrong and are doing everything they can to prevent my car from being labeled a lemon. I understand the desire to not want to swap out failed vehicles, but breaking down at midnight in the middle of nowhere for an issue that was "fixed" previously is pretty frustrating on a luxury vehicle. Fun separate post coming on what they have had to say about my broken seat heaters.

If it has wheels or attractive breasts it is GONNA give problems. First production years in anything have growing pains. It’s gonna be alright, and if it ain’t just get another one.
