My personal experience has been similar to yours. I only have a Ford and Subaru to compare it against but the Wagoneer does seem to be more picky when it comes to detecting lanes. Especially those intermittent or worn paint lanes.
I've had the most experience with Subaru's Eyesight and even though the Subaru picked up the lanes more often I do feel like the Wagoneer does it better when it does detect them. The Subaru likes to jink you side-to-side as it constantly seems to be reevaluating where the lanes are where as the Jeep requires clearer lines, but, when it does lock on to them it steers the vehicle far better in my own opinion.
I would say as far as just keeping you between the lines the accuracy dosent matter quite as much compared to actual lane centering. This is where I feel the Jeep is weaker. I feel like the Jeep shouldn't be as picky when lane centering is off when it comes to at least trying to keep you between the lines, something Subaru's eyesight does do better.
