Mine has been in inspection status since 2/21, supposed to ship or be here in AL on 4/9... as that date draws near though I'm starting to doubt it... ToddLKW, any update on yours??
My tracker shows no window sticker and it doesn't show that it is built, but my dealer and client services have both told me it's still in inspection...
I think I've been in inspection status since around 1/21....still there.

Does anyone have any additional info on the hold-up with the HD Tow Package? They haven't been offering the tow package for at least a month and as I sit here waiting for my GWL III to go into production (4 months and counting) I am starting to wonder if they have encountered some sort of issue with the HD tow package and the Hurricane engine. I suppose they could still be waiting for a part, but it makes me a bit nervous that they aren't even allowing folks to order the tow package anymore. If anyone has info on this, it'd be good to have a sense of the problem. Thanks!

I would suspect a supply issue with a part more than a mechanical issue. Mine arrived with the tow pkg and hands free tailgate even though others have had issues with both options.

I have. They have no further information beyond the fact that it's just sitting in that status. Same with "wagoneer client services". They're all useless. I'm pulling the plug on it at the end of the month if it is still sitting.
I feel slightly better. Mine was built 2/15 still sitting in inspection. Cliente services refuses to respond on why vehicle has been in inspection so long. Ordered 5/29. Wagoneer II L with off-road, convenience, premium and bucket seats.

Mine has been "in production" since March 2nd. I called my sales rep a couple of days ago and he said the vehicle is complete and is awaiting final inspection, which seems suspect.
I'm in the same boat as you TSCSU. I called my dealer last week and he said that they are building it this week. He went on to say that it should be at the dealer lot by April 7th. My online order tracking hasn't updated past scheduled yet and with no date set. I find it very suspect that he can quote that without the online order tracker being updated. I think it just gives the salesman the projected dates for everything and they use it to sooth us anxious customers. Maybe there is a rebate for that?

I'm not sure if this is your first experience with the online tracker. Trust me, after 3 vehicles, it is the MOST inaccurate source of information.
It's basically a way to keep the customer entertained. However, since COVID, it has been more a source of frustration than anything else.
The information your sales rep has access to is more accurate. My guy was able to tell me when mine left the plant. When it got on the train and when it arrived at the local depot before getting put on the truck and delivered to the dealer.

That's promising. We'll see. I will definitely let you guys know. April is right around the corner after all.

Until then, I'm looking forward to the Wagoneer concept coming in the Jeep Easter safari!

I’m in a similar situation as ToddLKW and Pack Doc. According to client services, “your vehicle has completed the production process and is currently pending quality inspections”. I’ve received the same messaging for about a month now.
It's interesting that you guys at least have estimated arrival dates. I don't have that on mine. And mine just hit the big 60 mark. Unbelievable. Hell, they'll be switching over to 2024 production in a few months. Maybe instead of spending gobs of money advertising the wagonner at the superbowl and NCAA tournament, they should invest that money in their production line. What good is stimulating demand if you don't ship any freaking vehicles. I've lost all confidence.

Ask your dealer to check for you. My dealer used something in their system called vin tracker. Mine showed built 1/31 and shipped to Toledo Ohio plant. Had all the shipping on it. Bulit-went to Budd yard which is by plant in Warren Michigan. Then to Stickney yard 30 days later in Toledo Ohio-then another yard in Toledo-Back to Detroit and then shipped by transport to Illinois. It arrived yesteday. I suspect they are short something and sending them to Toledo to wait for part or fix then shipping. Wagoneer series 3.

Dealer echoed the same. They're seeing it sit at inspection status this entire time. They have no clue why.

Same here, although the hands free tailgate only works maybe half the time. We may just need more practice hitting the right spot, but we did get both options no problem.
