No - they are completely useless...same as dealer. All they keep saying is that the 'long part' of the wait is over, and that it should be released for shipping soon. No timeline. I'm probably 2 weeks away from giving up on it and buying a Yukon Denali.
Have you driven the Denali? I honestly love the way they look but that thing handles like a school bus.

FWIW we waited 6 months for our WS3. Just picked up last week and very glad we didn’t bail on it.

Yeah, I agree. Exterior looks go to the denali, but I love the wag interior. I think the ride quality of the denali with air suspension is pretty on par with the wag. Don't get me wrong, I'd much rather get the wagoneer I ordered. But at the moment, a denali in my driveway is going to ride much better than a wagoneer sitting in michigan in perpetuity. I'm at 6 months now. 😕

My Wagoneer was built on 1/31. My dealer gave me a copy of vin tracker and shows it went to a holding yard {Detroit mound yard} then to Budd yard. Sat there for 30 days and was shipped to TOLEDO on 2/28. Shows it has to go to another Toledo lot then ship back to Conner yard that I believe is in DETROIT then finally loaded on a Cassens transport for delivery. Not sure why it shipped to Toledo then back to Detroit. Finally emailed Wagoneer support and they said jeep is scheduled for delivery 3/17-3/31.

My wagoneer has been in production for 14 days, that can't be a good sign.
Mine has been in JS status for 21 days. Still showed in production via the web app. My son ,who is a General Sales Mgr at a dealership, said he was told that all Grand Wagoneers go into JS status for a final inspection. Mine is scheduled to ship the 17th but we will see if it does... LOL

Mine has been in inspection status since 2/21, supposed to ship or be here in AL on 4/9... as that date draws near though I'm starting to doubt it... ToddLKW, any update on yours??
My tracker shows no window sticker and it doesn't show that it is built, but my dealer and client services have both told me it's still in inspection...

I just texted the dealer and my sales guy said the Wagoneer is build and awaiting final inspection. He thinks it will be here the end of this month or early April. Not holding my breath unfortunately.

I know the trackers are not accurate, but that is the point of them.

I'm stuck in shipping hell. Dealer found me a unit that says in transit. Built 1/31/23. Shipped from warren to toledo? on 2/28. Dealer showed me vin Tracker. Shows it has to go back to Detroit next then on a transport to dealer. Finally got response back from the wagoneer group that it is scheduled for delivery 3/17-3/31. Anyone know why they would ship to Toledo and the back to detroit? Wagoneer series 3.
