My series III L has been sitting in inspection since mid January. It’s built. Ordered Sept 12, Scheduled Dec 6, Built Jan 16. The dealer speculates that’s they are working out a problem that they don’t want to publicize.

I have had a GW lll L on order since October still not scheduled for production. I understand from the salesperson there are issues with obtaining tow packages as well as adaptive cruise control components.Hopefully this will be resolved soon!

The reliability horror stories have been getting to me ... wondering if I should've waited for the refresh of the Escalade and gone with the diesel.
I’m in the same boat. I am liking the Denali Yukon ultimate but there 6.2 with lifter issues and class action lawsuit aren’t any better. The diesel sounds great until you look at 0-60 times of 8 seconds. I don’t know if I can deal with that.

Just sucks when you don’t know if you’ll be the lucky one selected for all of the troubles or not.

I have come to the conclusion that I’m not buying or shopping for the vehicle I want, I’m actually shopping for the shop/mechanical experience after the purchase. The last several vehicles I have bought have been based on post purchase care. Not the vehicle itself.
