Grand cherokee (3 row) will be aimed mostly toward the telluride/explorer crowd, you need a big suv for mostly 5 ppl, 2 more in a pinch. The grand wagoneer is for the expy/yukon crowd, you want a bigger suv with minivan like room thats posh and gaudy, but comfy.
