Fiat Chrysler has released this statement on when they plan to restart production in North America.
Everything will remain closed until April 14. But given the way things are going it could be pushed back further.

Fiat Chrysler announced that they are pausing construction at the Warren Truck Plant because of the COVID-19 outbreak. Apparently a subcontractor "potentially" tested positive for COVID-19.
It's unclear how all of this will affect the development of the Wagoneer.
